  • Where are you located?

    We are based in Kota Kinabalu, the state capital of Sabah, Malaysia.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Sorry not at this moment.

  • Do you ship to other states in Malaysia?

    Yes we do.

  • What courier service do you use?

    We use UTS Logistics Sdn. Bhd. to send the books within Sabah. For other states in Malaysia, we will use Poslaju.

  • Can I call your office regarding my order?

    Yes you may. Please find our contact details on our Contact Us page.

  • Can I place an order online but will only pick it up from your shop?

    Yes you can but please put a note on the order page to inform us beforehand. You will also have to wait for our reply before you go to our shop.

  • What type of payment do you accept?

    At this moment, we only accept direct bank transfer to our RHB Bank account.

  • I can't pay using Paypal, VISA, Debit Card or Credit Card?

    Sorry at the moment we are not accepting other modes of payment. Maybe in the future but not right now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • I didn't get any email from you after I place an order.

    Our system automates the sending of email and is using the email address no-reply@zenithway.net. All of our email subjects start with [Zenithway Online Bookstore] so try to search for this string. Do not forget to check your spam folder as well. If you are really sure you did not receive any email from us, do contact us to let us know.

  • Where do I submit my proof of payment?

    Go to our site and login using the same account that you used when you purchased our books. Then look for the link "My Order" and find the Order ID. Click on it to view the Order Details. You should see an "Upload" button. Click on it to start the process of uploading your proof of payment document. We only accept images (JPG, GIF) and PDF document.
